	- Loss some raw html tag, don't know why.

	- Let \vspace in latex only, it looks ugly in html format, and
	  add raw html tag to control the space.

	- Add raw html tags to let body use normal line-height and don't
	  use bigskip in html format.

	* Makefile:
	- Add the control of some postprosecss of croping image file,
	  looks very ugly. :(

	* cropimg/img3.gif, cropimg/img4.gif, cropimg/img5.gif:
	- l2h cannot crop some images produce by latex/dvips properly,

	  gimp to crop it manually.

	- Fixed the email address of Markus~Kohm.

	* install.tex:
	- Changed the font family of `CJK' to sans serif.

	* mycjk.tex:
	- Added verbatim package.
	- Tuned the position of glyph that extracted from the raw Type1 font.
	- We made a gif cover image for HTML format, l2h cannot handle
	  this mpost file properly.

	* whynotpk.tex:
	- Added pk font of TeX will change to Type3 font when produce PDF file.

	* Makefile:
	- Added cjkfntef.tex to produce gif file for HTML format, l2h
	  could not support CJKfntef package yet.

	- Added blank space line before \begin{quote} and after
	  \end{quote}, it will cause trouble when translated to
	  HTML format.

	* Makefile, pic.sh:
	- Removed pic.sh, we process all images in Makefile.
	- All images include in latex file convert to transparent gif
	  file via `convert' command. Some MetaPost/eps files cannot
	  transparent via latex2html handling. It's used in HTML format
	  only, we include eps files in pdf format.

	* taiwan.perl, taiwan.sty:
	- Taiwan babel perl code for Traditional Chinese caption. taiwan.sty
	  was necessary for normal compiling, don't remove it!

	* hyperref.cfg:
	- The hyperref configure file to avoid different settings.

	* .latex2html-init:
	- New latex2html initial file.

	* README:
	- Ok, we added more detail README file in both Big-5 and UTF-8
	  encoding.
